CEMENTONE CEMCURE EB 559 is an emulsion of paraffin wax in a water- based medium, specially designed to deposit a low cost and highly efficient ciring membrane in the form of wax film, which retain moisture and water in freshly placed concrete to ensure the strength development of the concrete , and with additional advantages of non-toxicity and the elimination of fire hazard.

CEMENTONE CEMCURE EB 559 is suitable for use under conditions of high temperature and is designed specifically for application to exterior concrete pavements and mass concrete construction. It is not recommended for use where the temperature is below 5^oC. (i.e. 41^o F.)
For horizontal surface, the CEMENTONE CEMCURE EB 559 should be applied to newly placed concrete as soon as the initial surface sheen has disappeared from concrete face.

For vertical surface, immediately upon removal of formwork, it is essential to damp down the concrete surface with clean water prior to the application of CEMENTONE CEMCURE EB 559.
